Finally a break from all this rain! Got a chance to ride to Mokuleia and do some time trial practice. Steve and Casey decided to ride with me instead of the climb to Pupukea. We did a total of 3 10 min efforts and it was brutal! On the way up Pineapple Hill, my water bottle was hitting the frame. After pulling off to the side, I noticed that I broke my brand new carbon water bottle cage! Damn! I just bought these last week!I stopped by the Bike Shop on the way home and picked up some tires on the clearance table. Then I saw this really cool shirt by Specialized! I hope my boss reads this weeks blog. Got home and Scot K. needed some help installing his new fork, headset, and bars. "RIDE FIRST, WORK LATER"
