Today's Sunday ride was great! The weather held out to about 75 degrees! I hope my cousin Steve reads this and see's the beautiful sunrise while he's freezing his ass off in Philly! LOL! He emailed me yesterday and said he went out for a ride in low30 degree temps. SCREW THAT! Lucky we live Hawaii! We had a small group in which consisted of Scott Kimsey, Bob, Greg, myself and Jim. With almost no traffic at all we rode one lap on Hickam then to Lagoon Drive followed by Ford Island. Jim wanted to get some coffee on Pearl but us "FRUGAL" cyclists had no cash with us. next Sunday for sure! The picture above shows the U.S.S. Arizona in the background as we were heading back over the Ford Island bridge.
Riding in all that warm weather makes you soft. Nothing like having your water bottles freeze to make you a tough cyclist :)
