GROUND HOG DAY - WHAT THE HELL - HOTTER THAN HELL
Have you ever keep having the same day play over and over again? Last night a good buddy of mine tried once again to fatten up the competition! Yes, chocolate cream pie and by no means this wasn't a small serving. Then to wash it down with homemade peanut butter cookies. We discussed about doing a hard ride on Monday. I replied "my god, 2 hard days in a row"? Well, it seems that the Tuesday hammer ride happens several times during the week on Hickam. This morning Steve Lindsey, Casey Tucker and myself waited patiently for "Joe Smith" behind the gym. At 0705 we roll out and made jokes about "Where's Waldo". BAM! The pace jumps to a race pace again. Lindsey goes out hard and Casey and myself in tow. Then Joe Smith meets us at the golf course. The pace did not let off the whole 3 loops! Tuesday's 1.5 loop averages somewhere around 19mph. Today we did 3 loops at that avg speed. I just hope I can hang tomorrow. Got my new 3 legged friend! LOL! This week I am going to let all of you decide what it is! I'll announce the description on Friday. Steve, Casey, Lindsey are not able to play!
Today I was able to knock out some chores like wash my truck (normally takes 3 hours to clean it), washed the wagon, and was able to do a roast in the crock pot. Threw in some mushrooms, red potatoes, onions, mushroom gravy and viola! So all you single females who cant cook, stop by this evening and have some homemade cooking! Been craving for some chili pepper soy sauce mix. Found the red peppers and soy sauce, forgot to buy the garlic and Hawaiian salt. If you want to try a small bottle, shoot me an email. Its a great addition to your meals. Time for a nap...
