Last week my buddy Lance came out to visit Hawaii. He left this afternoon and Ihad a great time catching up with old Coast Guard buddies! When I mean old, Lance has been in the Coast Guard close to 30 years and is an E9 stationed at Coast Guard HQ's. I let him borrow my Specialized Roubaix Pro for last weekends ride.
We rode 5 sisters and had about 45-50 miles of climbing over the weekend.

The last climb of the day ended with a trip to Camp Smith. The very top has been nicknamed "The Men's Tee" I think it's about 14% grade.
