4 days leading up to the holiday weekend I decided to burn 4 days of leave in conjunction with the 3 day Labor Day weekend. On Friday afternoon I had an appointment with a nutritionist to help boost my performance. Overall, I hadn't been consuming enough calories for cycling. She put me on a 2500 calories a day for a month! I can honestly say that eating 2500 calories a day is tough! I jumped into this body fat machine called the Bod Pod. It displaces air and measures the density and gives you a body fat percentage. It was sort of like sitting in a cocoon! This morning I joined Brandon, Jeff, and Dev for an easy 3 hour ride. We met up with Steve and Todd on Lagoon Drive and headed to AMR for multiple loops. From there we headed to Ford Island then a warm down loop to the tower. Well sort of a warm down! My Sram Red finally arrived and I'll post pictures in a day or two. I layed away my new Tarmac SL2 Team Mapei frameset and hopefully sell my Litespeed and Tarmac Expert on Ebay this weekend.
Today's word of the day is: TARMACATTACK
"One who launches an insane power sprint on Dev"

Too embarrassed to post what your body percentage was :)
